I came here for 3 nights and had a really great stay. I liked the hotel, it was spacious and clean, location was favourable and comfy in the USJ area. The staff were caring and amiable day and night. The room was well-equipped with smoke detectors for safety measures. Location: the venue was so close to train, and walking distance to Universal. Café Snoopy's Backlot Cafe located 1 mi away was a nice surprise...

The hotel also offers mind-blowing views of the Nintendo World with amazing photo opportunities. The staff were incredibly nice and helpful, and the hotel felt brand new and very clean. The beds were super comfortable, not hard at all. The hotel also has a great hot spring and spa area for a relaxing experience. The hotel's location also makes it convenient for shopping at the Universal Studio merchandise store and they even offer delivery service to send your purchases home. a fantastic stay!
